TIMBRE TALESrandom image Timbre Tales is an arts extravaganza fueled by children's literature developed for performance by SC Children's Theatre and the Greenville Symphony Orchestra. Each book will be presented in character by SCCT's principal teaching artist, Traysie Amick, and will be accompanied by professional members of the Greenville Symphony Orchestra’s chamber ensembles. Orchestral instruments and interactive storytelling will enthrall children while presenting the basics of music and language. You will want to experience them all! Timbre Tales performances are free of charge and recommended for grades K3-5th, reservations are not required. Performances generally last about 30 minutes. 2009-2010 Performance Schedule
