Tuition:

Tuition may be paid in full at the time of registration or *you may pay half the cost at time of registration and the remainder at the first class. We accept check, credit card or money order; credit card payments will be assessed a $4.00 administrative fee. *Please note- Early enrollment discount does not apply to partial payments.

Enrollment discount options:

  • Early Enrollment Discount - Pay before the deadline and receive an early enrollment discount. This discount is not applicable towards workshops or mini-mester.

  • Multiple Class/Multiple Child Discount – Enroll family members(s) in more than one session at the time of registration. Pay in full for the first class and take $10/child per class off all additional classes of equal or lesser value. This discount is not applicable towards workshops or mini-mester.

Payment may also be mailed to SCCT, ATTN: Jill Wolf, PO Box 9340, Greenville, SC 29604, or dropped by our Headquarters at 153 Augusta Street, Greenville if you prefer not to register online. Office hours are Monday through Thursday 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Fridays we close at 5pm. Phone Registration is accepted by calling 864-235-2885, ext. 21.

Confirmation will be e-mailed upon receipt of registration and payment.

Refunds/Cancellation:

If you cancel no later than 10 days before your first class, tuition less a $30 Class Cancellation Fee will be refunded. If you cancel less than 10 days before class begins, no refund or credit will be issued. Fees for classes cannot be transferred to other sessions. SCCT reserves the right to cancel classes that have not met enrollment minimums before the first class. Classes, faculty, and schedule are subject to change.

Authorization/Release:

Each student must have an Authorization/Release Form on file each time they enroll. You may mail your completed form with your Registration or bring it to the first class.

Class Sizes:

Class sizes are limited to keep the classes enjoyable and comfortable for your student. Each class description will list the class minimum and the class maximum. Please register early to ensure a spot, as registrations are held on a first paid basis.

Scholarship:

A limited amount of scholarship dollars are available and are allocated based on need and on a first-come first-served basis. If you have questions, please contact our Class Administrator, Jill Wolf at 864.235.2885 ext. 21 or  download, complete, and mail in our scholarship application.

Supervision:

Adult supervision begins no earlier than 5 minutes before class start time and ends no more than 5 minutes after class end time. Students 8 years and older will wait at SCCT’s side door entrance to be picked up. Students 4-7 years old must be dropped off and picked up from their classroom.

Medical Policy:

If we are unable to contact a parent, or if time does not permit, we will use the 911 service. Expenses incurred will be paid by the parent or legal guardian.

Auditions for Intermediate/Advanced Level Classes:

For students who wish to advance to more challenging classes, SCCT will announce end-of-session or individual audition specifics. Please let your teacher know if you wish to be notified about auditions.
