INTERN OPPORTUNITIES

Upstate college-age students with an interest in theatre will benefit in working in the midst of a multi-faceted theatre before graduation. Our internships are unpaid and focused in the following areas: Theatre Education/Teaching, Production, Marketing, Theatre Administration and Outreach. SCCT Internships offer the chance to discover and hone skills that will expand your ability to secure a paying job working in theatre upon graduation. Fully supporting yourself through a performance career can be challenging, having additional skills can help you follow your dream rather than having to fall-back to temp jobs. An internship with South Carolina Children’s Theatre in conjunction with your college studies is exactly what you need to take your education in theatre and expand it into a career in theatre. We do not at this time provide housing or salary for these internships.
